Two Senses is entering the summer evenings with a new menu. During the evening, we will taste three new a la carte flavors, accompanied by three champagne stories, told by  Mr. Žilvinas Grigaitis.

Grab your pearls and let's talk about champagne history, the creators, consumers and the role this luxurious drink played in different periods in life as a cultural element. Shh! Thousands of bubbles are talking. Not about soil and climate, but about culture, people and gossip.

Burnt eel with apple taste.
Smoked eel | potato caraway croquette | horseradish burrata | apple jelly | spring asparagus

Slow-roasted duck | zucchini cannelloni with wild wheat | carrot cream | rhubarb gel | carrot and quince jus | nut and petal crunch | hare cabbage

Iced basil, honey dew and a hint of citrus.
